You know what’s amazing?
When you feel down about your weight, maybe you had a night out or a snack you didn’t need, look at the scale.
After you’ve looked at that, look at your start weight. Look at how much you’ve lost and realize that everyone has days when they fail. You’re strong and you can do this.
I may not be near the weight I wanted for going back to uni in a month but at least I’m safe in the knowledge I can continue to lose the weight and I will reach my goal. It may not be next week or next month but I will get there.
To all my followers, you are BEAUTIFUL and STRONG and if you want to change something YOU CAN DO IT.:)

Can someone give me some sort of honest feedback. I just kinda wanna know how I look through someone else eyes?
since all you followers are lovely, I know I can trust your opinions, if I was to post a photo of myself, could I honestly tell me how I look?
I don’t care if it’s horrid, as long as it’s truthful.
